Park Restaurant Group

The Challenge

A successful single-location restaurant — Lucco Cucina and Bar in Florham Park — was ready to grow into a multi-location restaurant group. But the operational back office was not built for scale. Toast and Shopify were not connected, there was no consolidated reporting, and the owner was tied to the building for everything to run.

The Approach

  • Organized and connected the existing Toast and Shopify systems into a coherent operational workflow
  • Restructured content strategy so the brand could market itself without the owner being present around the clock
  • Created the full brand identity and strategy for Lucconi — a new cafe and bar concept currently under construction
  • Implementing XtraChef for inventory management to give visibility across locations as they expand

GEOM Golf

The Challenge

A premium forged-iron golf company with a loyal following and rave reviews was making a major move — transitioning manufacturing from China to Japan. They needed a brand identity that matched the ambition, a digital presence that showcased the product properly, and funding to support the production shift.

The Approach

  • Directed a full brand identity redesign — new logo reflecting the geometric precision the name stands for and the elevated quality of Japanese manufacturing
  • Rebuilt the entire Shopify site to showcase high-quality product imagery and the craftsmanship story
  • Built the financial model and investor pitch deck from scratch, demonstrating pent-up demand and the operational plan
  • Consulted on operations and logistics between their Tennessee and Jersey City locations

Hourglass Golf

The Challenge

A club refurbishment and curation business with a strong eye for quality — but a barely functional Squarespace site that required manual intake for every component, could not showcase past project archives, and had no organized system for tracking orders or customer relationships.

The Approach

  • Migrated all historical customer data from Squarespace to Shopify using MigrationPro — preserving the entire customer base and order history
  • Redesigned the site to showcase archived refurbishment projects as inspiration for new customers
  • Built an Airtable order tracking system so every order is coherent and auditable
  • Set up email marketing with VIP early-access notifications for new curated inventory

PTY Custom Lighting

The Challenge

A custom lighting manufacturer was growing through relationships and great work — but had no brand that communicated what they actually did. Were they an inventory lighting company, or a custom manufacturer building bespoke fixtures for four-and-five-star hotels and high-end designers? The marketplace could not tell.

The Approach

  • Directed a full brand identity overhaul — repositioned messaging from generic lighting to premium custom hospitality manufacturer targeting designers and owner-operators
  • Built a content strategy centered on showcasing completed hotel projects with high-resolution photography and video
  • Created the Hospitality Lighting Library on Webflow and Memberstack — a gated portal where approved designers browse 6,000+ lighting designs, select options, and request renderings
  • Built an Airtable operations system replacing spreadsheets and email — production image reviews, timeline tracking, and activity logs in one place

Toll Brothers

The Challenge

A Fortune 500 luxury homebuilder with fragmented systems across divisions — designers selling plumbing fixtures as individual parts instead of packages, countertop pricing that varied by fabricator with no standardization, and a national purchasing organization that could not produce consolidated reporting because each division ran its own data extraction.

The Approach

  • Created a plumbing package program with a web-based interface — point-and-click selection replaced parts-and-pieces selling, giving designers and customers clear visual packages
  • Designed an eight-tier countertop program across quartz, quartzite, granite, and natural stone — standardized pricing per square foot with five fabricators
  • Stood up all national purchasing reporting during the JDE E1 conversion — direct construction costs, EPO spend, and quarterly executive scorecards
  • Built SOPs, documentation, and processes that outlasted every role — including foundations that enabled the transition to Snowflake and Power BI
$650K to $1MPlumbing program revenue in year one, became a national template
